Cancellation Policy
Porta ParTee Booking Policy Reservations A signed rental agreement and a paid deposit are required to secure your event date. Reservations are confirmed only after both have been received. Payment A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event before setup begins. We accept all major payment methods. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Weather-related reschedules are available at no additional charge when conditions make setup unsafe or impractical. Weather Policy Safety is our top priority. Porta ParTee reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel setup due to high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or other hazardous weather conditions. If weather prevents setup, your booking may be rescheduled to a future available date. Setup & Breakdown Our team will arrive before your scheduled event to complete setup and will return afterward for teardown. Please ensure the setup area is accessible and free of obstacles before our arrival. Space & Power Requirements The customer is responsible for providing: A flat, safe setup area. Adequate clearance for the inflatable enclosure. Access to a standard electrical outlet within a reasonable distance of the setup location. If a generator is required, please let us know in advance so arrangements can be made. Customer Responsibilities The renter agrees to: Supervise all participants while equipment is in use. Follow all safety instructions provided by Porta ParTee staff. Prevent food, drinks, pets, sharp objects, smoking, or open flames inside the inflatable enclosure. Report any equipment issues immediately. Equipment Damage Customers are responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, vandalism, unauthorized relocation, or failure to follow provided instructions. Repair or replacement costs may be charged if damage occurs during the rental period. Liability Participation in golf simulator activities involves inherent risks. By booking with Porta ParTee, customers acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety guidelines. A liability waiver may be required before participation. Access & Delays Please ensure the event location is accessible at the scheduled setup time. Delays caused by restricted access or customer-related issues may reduce rental time and may result in additional fees.
